Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to own Recall Engagement, a net-new initiative that turns a safety obligation into a revenue and retention opportunity for automotive dealerships. Recall Engagement uses AI and data forensics to detect open safety bulletins, resolve hard-to-find secondary owners, and orchestrate personalized multi-channel outreach, turning recall campaigns dealers are already obligated to run into service visits and long-term customer loyalty instead of unclaimed liability.
