Position Summary
Nationwide IT Services , NIS, is seeking a highly qualified Agile Coach to help delivery teams adopt agile practices and support organizational change in digital service delivery. This is a potential, fully remote role that coaches teams and stakeholders, establishes agile portfolio processes, and builds an agile culture using lean and agile methodologies. The coach strengthens coordination, governance, and visibility into delivery progress while developing staff members’ ability to coach others. The position supports all task areas. This position is contingent upon contract award and funding.
