- Offering technical support for end-users and application developers of a managed Kubernetes cluster solution deployed at the edge
- Troubleshooting for complex infrastructure, networking, deployment, and performance issues in cloud environments
Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security Incident logging, monitoring and resolution, Knowledge Base Augmentation, Status Reporting Maintain cloud-native infrastructure and platform services to support enterprise applications Maintain monitoring, logging, tracing, and observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, and related technologies
