The Senior Account Manager is central to client success and business growth at Mynt. Sitting at the heart of client delivery, this role supports day-to-day execution, shapes strategy, builds performance narratives, and ensures campaigns deliver against key business objectives.
You'll partner closely with Account Leadership, Media, Analytics, Finance, Creative, and Operations to translate strategy into measurable outcomes across Linear TV, CTV/OTT, Audio, Digital Video, and omnichannel media. The ideal candidate is both a sharp executional operator and a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Note: This is not a purely executional role. It's a high-impact position that bridges strategy and execution, contributing directly to client retention, growth, and operational excellence.
Culture & Operating Mindset
At Mynt, performance isn't just a metric — it's a mindset. We're a team of experienced operators who believe exceptional outcomes come from accountability, collaboration, curiosity, and executional excellence.
Collaborative by design. The best results come from cross-functional teams working in lockstep to share insights, solve problems, and drive client outcomes.
Operator mentality. We value people who take ownership, stay solutions-oriented, and roll up their sleeves. We lead through execution, adaptability, and accountability.
Curious and growth-oriented. We prize continuous learning, strategic curiosity, and innovation. Challenge assumptions, explore opportunities, and help us grow.
Nimble and flexible. Performance marketing demands agility. We balance process discipline with creative problem-solving in both strategy and execution.
High standards, shared accountability. Success requires responsiveness, attention to detail, strategic thinking, and a commitment to results. We elevate both the work and the culture.
What Makes a Good Fit
Mynt is built for driven intrapreneurs who treat their work like they own it. We move fast, hold a high bar, and push each other forward with genuine support and positivity, never pressure. If you're ambitious, growth-minded, and energized by a team that wins together, you'll thrive here.
About Mynt Agency
Mynt helps growth brands turn video and audio into measurable acquisition channels. We plan, buy, and measure across CTV, linear TV, YouTube, podcasts, streaming audio, and radio, with a specific focus on using premium media more efficiently than traditional agencies and proving the business impact through attribution, lift testing, and incrementality. We work with amazing brands including Oats Overnight, Grüns, Liquid Death, Prenuvo, and many more.
The broader Mynt story is simple: we have generated $3bn+ in incremental client revenue, have 5.5+ years of average client tenure, and average 4x ROAS on evergreen campaigns. We are not a generic media agency. We focus on helping brands find solutions for incremental scale, especially when search and social are becoming expensive, saturated, or insufficient for the next stage of growth.
