Medical Virtual Assistant

This is a remote position.

Only LATAM-based candidates (bilingual in Spanish and English) We are seeking a Virtual Assistant with Medical Experience and a high level of English proficiency (C1) for a full-time remote position. This role requires a 45-hour work week. In this remote position, your key responsibilities include entering patient data into files, maintaining a database of records, scheduling appointments for patients, and collecting information for patient health assessments over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively determine solutions for handling unique patient/emergency situations
• Answer inbound calls from the unit phone queue and make outbound calls to providers and members regarding authorization request status
