The CRM & Internal Growth Specialist supports both internal operations and client-facing CRM management across GOA-TECH , MyVA Support , and Reach Voters . This position plays a key role in optimizing CRM workflows, developing automations, assisting with marketing funnels, and supporting sales and outreach initiatives.
The ideal candidate is technically proficient in Go High Level and Zoho CRM , understands sales pipelines, and is comfortable executing marketing automation and outreach tasks that drive business growth.
