My Diabetes Tutor empowers individuals with diabetes through accessible, virtual education, support, and coaching. Our accredited Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support (DSMES) program—aligned with ADA and ADCES standards—delivers personalized care through live telehealth sessions led by experienced Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialists (CDCESs) and Nurse Practitioners.
We combine clinical excellence with compassion to help participants build lasting self-management skills and improve health outcomes. As a growing telehealth organization, our team is passionate about expanding access to high-quality diabetes education and supporting people wherever they are on their health journey.
