IT Support Analyst

About MPLC

MPLC is the legal way to show movies and TV in public or commercial spaces across the globe. For over 30 years, we’ve been the trusted partner to major Hollywood studios, independent producers, and the wider creative ecosystem, ensuring content creators are paid fairly and organisations respect copyright.

About Global Technology Services

GTS is technology at MPLC , all of it. And we are honest about where we are: we are rebuilding and elevating our technology capability, from the ground up and by design. New platforms, new data foundations, new roles: this team is being built for what MPLC becomes, not what it was. You will own real outcomes early, automate the repetitive rather than absorb it, and help shape the rebuild rather than inherit someone else’s. Technology is the engine of how MPLC grows. People are the fuel. AI is the turbocharger. That is where you come in.

The Role in Two Bullet Points

Help keep MPLC 's global technology estate running smoothly by providing system support, user administration and access management across the business.

Build the skills, knowledge and experience needed to progress through our Systems Analyst career pathway, with opportunities to develop into a Systems Analyst role.

Let's be honest This is a hands-on support role and a large part of your day will involve helping colleagues, managing requests and keeping records up to date.

Accuracy matters. Access permissions, user accounts and asset records need to be right every time.

Some of the work can be repetitive, but we're looking for someone who'll spot opportunities to improve and automate where possible.

You'll be expected to follow documented processes and procedures while building your knowledge and experience.

This isn't a role where you'll immediately be designing new systems. It's a chance to learn the estate, build credibility and develop into the next step in your career.

If you need more information We're looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our IT Operations team and help support colleagues across more than 40 countries.

Reporting to the VP of IT Operations, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day running of our technology estate, which includes Salesforce, Microsoft 365, finance systems and a range of business applications. You'll manage support tickets, user access requests, joiner, mover and leaver processes, asset records and a variety of administrative tasks that help keep the business running.

You'll work closely with the Systems Analyst, following established processes and learning how our systems fit together. Over time, you'll build the knowledge and confidence to take on greater responsibility and develop your technical and analytical skills.

This is the first step in our Systems Analyst career pathway. It's designed for someone who enjoys solving problems, likes understanding how systems work and wants to grow their career in technology.
