You’ll work closely with your teammates to understand how our backend services fit together, contribute to real production work early on, and take on increasingly complex technical challenges as you build context.
By the end of your first 90 days, you’ll have a strong understanding of our systems, be confidently contributing to the codebase, and take ownership of a meaningful area of our backend — with the support of the team along the way.
