Modern Thyroid Clinic is the leading thyroid specialty healthcare provider in the United States. For over ten years, we have helped patients — most of them women navigating long, difficult health journeys — finally get answers and feel like themselves again, earning well over 600 five-star reviews across multiple platforms.
The Discovery Call Specialist is the first human voice prospective patients meet. This person conducts complimentary discovery calls (held via Zoom) with individuals who have reached out to learn more about our care. The goal of these calls is not to enroll people; it is to listen, build trust, answer questions clearly, provide reassurance, and help each person determine whether Modern Thyroid Clinic is the right fit for them. When it is the right fit, the Specialist warmly invites the prospective patient to begin their care.
This role requires high empathy, a kind and gentle demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide a meaningful conversation with purpose and care — never pressure.
