Duties/Responsibilities:
Program Operations Planning and Strategy:
Contribute to strategic planning by providing input on budget, capacity, and staffing for the Program Operations team in alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
Conduct regular assessments of program operations effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to address challenges, enhance program effectiveness, and achieve shared objectives.
