You have a strong knowledge of audiovisual best practices, as well as killer customer service skills, and you pay attention to the details. Your excellent troubleshooting skills make you the perfect person to provide service and support to existing AV systems. You are also able to support high-level network-based AV systems. You're internally motivated, a self-starter, personable, and able to prioritize responsibilities in order to meet deadlines.
