• Position: In-House Counsel (Japan)
• Type: Contract
• Compensation: $140–$150/hour
• Location: Remote
• Commitment: ~10 hours

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated responses on Japanese law by running prompts through two AI (LLM) platforms .
• Compare outputs from both platforms and score them against a standardized rubric .
• Submit concise written feedback for every evaluation to improve AI model performance .
• Work independently to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality evaluations.
• Maintain confidentiality as all work is covered by NDA .
• Qualifications
• Must-Have
• 5+ years as in-house legal counsel practicing in Japan .
• Strong command of Japanese law , especially commercial and contract matters.
• Sharp attention to detail and precise written communication.
• Able to work independently to a rubric and to deadlines.
