• Position: Finance Expert, German (Germany) - AI Training
• Type: Contract
• Compensation: $75/hour
• Location: Remote
• Duration: Oct 23 to Nov 19
• Commitment: 21 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Develop workspaces and files to simulate realistic finance tasks in Germany.
• Write prompts and create grading rubrics for AI agents based on actual finance work.
• Evaluate AI agent performance in German financial practice to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with AI teams to enhance training data quality and model outputs.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI training processes.
• Qualifications
• Must-Have
• 5+ years in corporate finance, banking, investment, or audit.
• Native or fluent in German .
• Degree from a top-20 university in Germany.
• Strong knowledge of HGB / IFRS , BaFin regulation , and German tax rules.
