• Position: Medical Expert, German (Germany) - AI Training
• Type: Contract
• Compensation: $120/hour
• Location: Remote
• Duration: Oct 23 to Nov 19
• Commitment: 21 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Develop workspaces and files to simulate realistic professional tasks in medicine .
• Write prompts and create grading rubrics based on real medical work in Germany .
• Evaluate the performance of AI agents in completing professional medical tasks.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to refine training data and model outputs.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
• Qualifications
• Must-Have
• 5+ years of clinical practice.
• Native or fluent in German .
• Degree from a top-20 university in Germany .
• Licensed physician in Germany (Approbation), ideally Facharzt .
• Familiar with AWMF guidelines and GKV practice .
