Coordinate with Business Development, Product, and Operations to evaluate and advance expansion opportunities.
Monitor changes in the client environment, competitive activity, and market needs that may affect the relationship.
Leadership and Internal Coordination
Provide guidance and support to Account Managers on client strategy, business reviews, issue resolution, and account planning.
Lead cross-functional account teams and promote accountability for enterprise client commitments.
Bring enterprise client feedback and market insight to Product, Operations, and leadership teams.
