IT Recruiter/ Talent Sourcer

mcpk. is an international tech recruitment partner connecting top-tier IT talent from the EU and Ukraine with leading businesses in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH).

At mcpk. , we focus on lasting success rather than quick wins. For our Talent Acquisition team, this means no "resume dumping" or running a mindless numbers game. Thanks to our deep market expertise and rigorous screening, we focus on precision - moving candidates forward only when we are confident in a 100% mutual match that lasts for years, not months.

As a Recruiter at mcpk. , you can expect a true partnership from us. We don't micromanage. Instead, we give you complete ownership of the full-cycle recruitment process, offering a supportive, bureaucracy-free environment where your expertise is trusted, and your impact is immediately visible.
