MaxVal US HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing full-lifecycle US HR operations, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and talent management. Roles and Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for leading and managing US HR operations at MaxVal, ensuring alignment with US federal and state labor laws, corporate policies, and business objectives. Act as a strategic partner to US leadership and teams, driving efficiency, employee engagement, and operational compliance.
US HR Operations, Onboarding and Offboarding:
Joining Formalities and Onboarding: Manage seamless end-to-end joining processes and orientation programs for all US employees. Handle Form I-9 verification, E-Verify, background checks, and state/federal tax setup (W-4, state tax withholding forms).
