Responsible for managing the critical applications of the bank payments processing platform. Works effectively with the business stakeholders, internal teams and vendor in ensuring the product road map and the payment platforms and process improvements. Ensure payments products delivery and support strategy are aligned with the management objectives and goals. Ensures strategic vendor partnership and aligning products / industry road maps of the Payment platforms with business strategy.

Responsible for guiding and mentoring the team and ensuring high quality of delivery and cross functional expertise with the team Work with a diversified team of professionals both onshore, offshore and vendor resources who are responsible for the Payment applications support & project deliveries Provide expertise and recommendations in the assessment of initiatives to support and enhance systems Ensures Payments applications delivery & support the most critical application in the Bank and bank operation.
