Yardi Specialist Position

Role Overview

• This is a new in-house position to reduce reliance on external consultants
• Will handle first-line support for Yardi questions across the company

Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resource for all Yardi questions company-wide
• Resolve issues directly when possible, or escalate to Yardi support or external consultants
• Monitor trends and proactively address training needs and process improvements
• Handle recurring scheduled duties including monthly rent charges and period closings
• Manage communications through the platform
• Support annual rent registrations
• Handle property onboardings and off-boardings, including loading prior ledger balances, rent rolls, setting up units and unit types
• Develop strategies to better leverage the platform and improve daily operations

Technical Requirements

Strong Yardi experience required

• New York Yardi experience would be highly beneficial (considered a "cherry on top") due to New York's unique requirements
