Technical Analyst

Malbek is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual with a passion for ensuring customer success and experience in enterprise software implementation to join our Customer Experience team as a Business Analyst. The Malbek team is passionate about maintaining our customer commitments and allowing all team members to contribute actively to executing our vision. This role is ideal for a business analyst with strong Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) experience and hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise system integrations.

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Implementation and Configuration Specialist (BA) to manage the deployment, configuration, and optimization of our contract management system and AI offerings for our customers. You will be responsible for key delivery tasks and consulting during the implementation phase of the customer journey. Advising customers on how best to leverage and a strategic approach to deployment of AI embedded solutions is a key part of this role. The role will also serve as a functional integration specialist, working with customers and technical teams to define integration requirements, data flows, field mappings, API specifications, and end-to-end integration processes between Malbek and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Coupa, SAP Ariba, and Oracle Fusion.
