Tech Lead .NET React

This is a remote position.

We are looking for Tech Leads to guide cross-functional engineering streams delivering large-scale enterprise application components. The role combines hands-on development in .NET (Core/6/7/8) and React + TypeScript , architectural decision-making, and leadership of distributed teams. AI-assisted engineering using tools like Copilot or Cursor is an essential part of the delivery approach.

Responsibilities • Lead a cross functional engineering stream working with .NET and React • Set technical direction for component architecture and integration patterns • Apply AI assisted coding tools such as Copilot and Cursor to accelerate delivery and improve code quality • Take responsibility for code reviews, standards, and optimisation of development workflows • Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, QA and DevOps • Break down requirements into implementable tasks for the team • Resolve technical risks and ensure strong alignment with PwC guidelines • Act as the escalation point for technical blockers • Support developers through mentoring and hands on guidance
