Talent Manager - Remote

• This is a remote position.
• Lead the HR within Portugal and other European countries;
• Source the most talented IT experts and Software Developpers in South Europe and LATAM;

Responsible for candidate journey and Onboardings;

Ensure candidate journey for recruitment process is upkept and optimised; Develop and communicate the employer brand as a key culture ambassador; Plan, develop and follow up on the engagement plan, events and team buildings; Develop and manage a brilliant and fun employee experience; Continue to boost an open feedback & communication culture; Admin HR management tasks such as: compliance with labour law, health and safety standards, payroll, contract administration, internal reporting, employee benefits, etc;

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or a similar area;
• Experience in IT Recruitment (+ 2 years);
• Fluent in English (French is a plus);
• Good communicator;
• Proactive, motivated & driven.
