Requirements

• Education in Management, Sociology, Psychology, Human Resources Management or others;
• Previous experience working in Portuguese Tech industry and/ or consulting industry
• Interest in working in international Markets;
• Excellent communications skills and empathy;
• Ambition and professional drive;
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Comfortable working under tight KPIs
