SAP ChaRM Specialist

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a hands-on SAP Operations / ALM specialist to lead and operate change control, test management and solution documentation activities across SAP landscapes. This is not a generic SolMan consultant role — the candidate must have deep, demonstrable experience with ChaRM, Test Workbench and maintaining solution documentation in SAP Solution Manager. The role will support release cycles, ensure quality gates are met and keep system documentation accurate and audit-ready. Main Responsibilities

Operate and govern ChaRM processes: ticket lifecycle, transport orchestration, approvals, emergency fixes and release management.

Configure and operate Change Request Management workflows (including CTS+, transport routes and landscape handling).
