Loyalty Juggernaut is looking for an experienced enterprise SaaS Senior Presales professional to join our global team. We are seeking dynamic, technically fluent Senior Presales Consultants with 5+ years of relevant experience and expertise in Loyalty, CRM, digital marketing, or other Matech SaaS solutions, who can operate as trusted advisors to enterprise clients.
This is a hands-on Solutions Consulting role for someone who knows how to uncover customer needs, shape compelling solutions, and deliver engaging enterprise software demonstrations that connect technology to measurable business value.
You’ll partner closely with our sales team throughout complex enterprise opportunities—from discovery and solution design through demonstrations, RFPs, technical validation, and close.
If you love understanding a customer’s business, turning their challenges into a compelling solution story, and delivering demonstrations that make prospects say, “That’s exactly what we need,” we’d like to hear from you.
What We're Looking For
You should have:
5+ years of B2B SaaS presales / Solutions Consulting experience supporting enterprise sales opportunities.
Demonstrated experience personally leading complex live software demonstrations for enterprise prospects.
Experience conducting discovery sessions and translating business and technical requirements into solution recommendations.
Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through technical validation and close.
Experience with loyalty, CRM, CDP, marketing automation, customer engagement, MarTech, or related enterprise technology.
Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences.
The ability to build a compelling solution narrative rather than simply demonstrating product features.
Experience partnering closely with Account Executives and other sales stakeholders on deal strategy.
Fluency in English and the ability to work effectively across international teams and customers. Bonus for fluency in another language such as Spanish or French.
Willingness to travel up to 15% - this is a remote role, with travel as required.
What You'll Do
Lead Discovery & Solution Strategy

Translate those insights into a clear solution strategy that connects GRAVTY's capabilities to meaningful customer outcomes.
Build & Deliver Strategic Demonstrations
Design and deliver compelling, value-oriented product demonstrations tailored to each customer's business.
Rather than simply walking through features, you'll build demonstrations around customer journeys, business outcomes, relevant use cases, and customer success stories.
You'll determine what to show, what not to show, and how to create a narrative that differentiates GRAVTY.
Support Complex Enterprise Sales
Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to develop technical and solution strategies for strategic opportunities.
You'll participate in customer workshops, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, solution design, technical validation, and other activities required to move opportunities forward.
Become a Trusted Advisor
Build credibility with senior business and technical stakeholders by understanding their objectives and helping them envision what's possible with modern loyalty and customer engagement technology.
You'll be expected to confidently communicate with everyone from practitioners to executive stakeholders.
Improve How We Sell
