Company Culture
Making our ambitious vision a reality will not be easy. So we don’t hide the truth…it’s not easy to work here.
Our culture is unique and characterized by many things including but not limited to high standards, transparency, relentless accountability, a pursuit of goals & intellectual honesty (not looking good) and growth mindset.
Our company culture will evolve over time, but many of these values are fundamental to what we do and who we are and, therefore, will not change. Every day, we strive to live as closely to these values as we can, and of course, it doesn’t always happen.
