Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and participate in root cause problem-solving exercises to streamline processes and reduce errors or cycle time.

Participate in team huddles, share knowledge and best practices with peers, and actively support the organization's diversity, equity, and inclusion practices and principles.

Monitor and manage personal workload against service-level agreements (SLAs) and production/quality standards, prioritizing tasks across multiple profit centers and business partners.

As requested, engage in self-development through training and learning opportunities, and provide guidance, mentoring, or training to new or less experienced team members and business partners.

As requested, participate in additional assignments, projects, or process pilots supporting broader underwriting operations initiatives.
