Sales Manager

Role Summary The Sales Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and managing the sales team (BDRs, SDRs, and Closers) to hit monthly revenue targets for LiaHia ’s reverse‑recruiting and career‑coaching services. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to optimize a high‑volume pipeline. You will oversee daily sales operations, run team meetings, track KPIs, improve scripts, manage CRM hygiene, and ensure the team consistently hits quota. This is a remote, freelance/contract leadership role for someone who thrives in a performance‑driven environment.
