Position : Levenfeld Pearlstein (LP) is currently seeking a Corporate Associate with 3+ years of sophisticated M&A transaction experience in the insurance brokerage industry to join our growing and highly collaborative Corporate Practice Group. This position is eligible for remote work.

About our practice : LP’s Corporate Practice Group represents middle-market companies, private equity funds, family businesses, and entrepreneurs in a wide range of transactional and governance matters. We handle M&A transactions from $10 million to $1 billion across diverse industries — including food & beverage, industrial manufacturing, professional services, cannabis, and more. Our work includes complex acquisitions, divestitures, ESOP transactions, joint ventures, restructurings, complex commercial agreements, private offerings and general corporate counseling.
