Platform Management Executive

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Executive to support our online operations. This role involves managing product data, updating pricing, and maintaining consistency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Add and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing in backend systems accurately and on time.
• Ensure price accuracy and consistency across all channels.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to implement pricing strategies for campaigns and seasonal promotions.
• Maintain proper documentation of updates and changes made in the backend system.
• Coordinate with other departments for campaign-specific pricing.
• Support customer service by resolving pricing-related escalations or complaints.
• Assist sellers with product listings, pricing, promotions, and operational support on the platform.

Requirements

• Good communication in English and Hindi and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms is a plus.
