Human Resources Executive

LearnTastic is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll administration, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient HR processes, maintain accurate records, support managers and employees, and contribute to a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Compliance: Manage daily HR activities, maintain employee records and documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate the full recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and interview scheduling to selection, onboarding, and employee integration.
