Role Overview

Our Client is urgently seeking a Senior ServiceNow Lead with strong GRC module expertise to drive enterprise-level implementations remotely. The ideal candidate brings a solid background in ServiceNow GRC within the banking or financial services sector and is ready to lead a small delivery team from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations with a primary focus on the GRC module.
• Mentor and oversee junior consultants throughout project delivery.
• Configure and customise ServiceNow GRC, ITSM, and related modules to meet business requirements.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, project scope, and delivery milestones.
• Ensure all platform configurations align with banking sector compliance and ITIL best practices.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5 or more years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) module is mandatory.
• Banking or financial services sector background is strongly preferred.
• Valid ServiceNow Certification is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Pakistani nationals preferred; other nationalities welcome.
