Job Description
The Sr. Manager, A/R and Procurement leads contract administration and bill payment execution supporting the AWG Customer Team. This role oversees a team of 4 Coordinators and 1 Sr. Analyst and is responsible for contract accuracy, payment timeliness, process consistency, and strong partnership across Sales and external support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, develop, and manage workload for a team of 4 Coordinators and 1 Sr. Analyst Oversee customer contract management for Kraft Heinz merchandising events, including Ads, EDLCs, and TPRs, ensuring timely and accurate execution Oversee bill payment activities for assigned retailers, including invoice review, payment tracking, and resolution of discrepancies Manage third-party contracting and payment partners to ensure accurate, timely execution and issue resolution Drive process discipline, standard work, and continuous improvement across contract and bill payment activities Partner closely with Customer Sales Managers and other stakeholders to align priorities, resolve issues, and support customer team needs
