Excellent storytelling, writing and presentation skills, with the presence to lead senior client conversations.
Ability to lead many concurrent studies under tight timelines, adapting well to changing priorities without losing attention to detail.
Comfortable leveraging AI-enabled tools to streamline study design, analysis and reporting, and increase speed without compromising data integrity or research quality.
Bachelor's degree required, and ability to travel as required for client meetings and team events.
Bonus points for: immunology, respiratory, dermatology, oncology or rare disease; balancing ad hoc projects with ongoing or retainer-based client programs; advanced methods such as conjoint, MaxDiff and demand forecasting; and global (ex-US) research.
