The Amazon Marketplace Specialist (FBM) is responsible for the end-to-end management, optimization, and growth of the company’s Amazon Seller Central account operating under the Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) model .
This role ensures smooth marketplace operations, order fulfillment coordination, product visibility, advertising optimization, and revenue growth while maintaining compliance with Amazon’s policies and performance standards.
The specialist will manage the entire Amazon FBM lifecycle , from account setup, product listing, inventory coordination, order management, shipping workflow, customer service, advertising campaigns, analytics, and growth strategy .
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Seller Central Account Management
Manage and maintain the company’s Amazon Seller Central account .
Ensure compliance with Amazon marketplace policies and standards.
Monitor and maintain healthy Account Health Metrics , including:
Order Defect Rate (ODR)
Late Shipment Rate
Pre-Fulfillment Cancellation Rate
Manage performance notifications, policy updates, and account alerts .
Handle case management, escalation, and account reinstatement processes if needed.
Product Listing & Catalog Optimization
Create, upload, and manage product listings in Amazon Seller Central .
Optimize listings using Amazon SEO best practices , including:
Keyword optimization
Title structure
Bullet points
Product descriptions
Manage A+ Content and enhanced brand content .
Upload and maintain product images, infographics, and multimedia assets .
