About the Role
We are making a strategic first hire to build and scale our MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) division.
We are seeking a design-focused MEP Project Manager with a strong background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering who can lead multidisciplinary coordination, manage remote drafting teams, and ensure international-standard compliance.
This is a leadership role that will define the technical direction and quality standards of our MEP operations.

Prevents drawing errors and costly rework Leads junior engineers and drafters effectively Ensures compliance with US / UK / AU standards Delivers coordinated, clash-free models and drawings Builds scalable systems for international growth Ideal Candidate Profile Education Mechanical Engineer (HVAC-heavy projects preferred) Electrical Engineer (power & industrial focus preferred) Civil Engineer with strong MEP coordination experience (less common but acceptable) Experience 7+ years in MEP design & coordination Experience with US, UK, or Australian standards Managed remote drafting or engineering teams Experience in MEP design-build projects Strong understanding of RFI management International code compliance experience Technical Skills AutoCAD Revit MEP (BIM coordination) Clash detection using Navisworks 2D & 3D drawing review Construction site coordination knowledge Bonus Qualifications PMP Certification Experience working remotely with US-based engineering firms Experience in Industrial MEP + Automation integration Our Strategic Advantage: Industrial MEP + Automation We are positioning ourselves beyond generic MEP firms.
