Kadiak, LLC is seeking an experienced EHR Project Manager to support a large-scale Federal Health IT program modernizing the Electronic Health Record (EHR) for the Indian Health Service (IHS). The EHR Project Manager will work closely with Federal Leads, project teams, subject matter experts, PMO Operations, and other vendors to plan and coordinate projects, maintain integrated schedules, manage risks and dependencies, and keep initiatives aligned with program priorities. This role is well suited for a hands-on Project Manager who can bring structure to complex initiatives, facilitate productive stakeholder discussions, and translate project activity into clear, actionable plans and schedules.
