Entwurf, Prüfung und Verhandlung von Vertriebs-, Reseller-, Distributions-, OEM-/White-Label-, Revenue-Share- und Affiliate-Verträgen im internationalen Umfeld
Verhandlung US-amerikanischer Vertragswerke nach Common-Law-Systematik: Representations and Warranties, Indemnification, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law und Dispute Resolution
Aufbau und Pflege einer Vertragsbibliothek mit Standardvorlagen (DE/EN) und einem Verhandlungs-Playbook mit definierten Fallback-Positionen, damit Standardfälle ohne juristische Einzelprüfung abgeschlossen werden können
