Responsibilities

Oversee code quality, ensuring it meets the latest standards and is thoroughly tested Drive project progression, ensuring work moves smoothly and on schedule Work closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to align engineering efforts with business goals Collaborate with leadership on high-level planning to align engineering initiatives with business goals Define the strategic direction of integrations and technical initiatives in line with Kintsugi’s vision, staying proactive about advancements in technology and industry trends Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of robust integrations with third-party products, enabling seamless customer data access.
