Are you ready to be Kin-at-i-can?
If you love the hunt, this is your role. You will find organisations sitting on compliance risk they cannot see, and show them what it is costing them, from first cold call through to signed deal.
This role rewards volume, persistence and the confidence to be the first voice a prospect hears. If you love the chase as much as the close, keep reading.
About Kinatico
Kinatico is an Australian and New Zealand technology company listed on the ASX, with direct connections into government and regulatory data sources. Around 10,000 organisations already run on our platform.
Kinatico Compliance is our flagship product. Instead of a static checklist that goes stale the moment anything changes, it resolves what each person must meet from their role, location, jurisdiction, service and cohort, and re-resolves it the moment any of those change. Where a requirement comes from an authority, we monitor it at the source, so a lapse surfaces the moment it happens, not months later at audit.
Most organisations cannot say, with confidence, that every person working under their name is compliant right now. You will be the one who shows them that, and shows them how Kinatico fixes it.
OUR TEAM'S STRENGTH COMES FROM EVERYONE'S INDIVIDUALITY
You bring:
Five or more years turning outbound activity into new business, ideally in a phone based or inside sales environment
A proven ability to build your own pipeline from scratch and consistently hit target
B2B SaaS or subscription sales experience, with bonus points for compliance, HR tech or another regulated industry
The confidence to run a full sales cycle solo, from first cold call to signature
Sharp CRM habits, ideally in Salesforce, and comfort with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Firmable
A voice people want to keep listening to: clear, warm and credible, with the listening skills to find the real need
The resilience to keep your energy up call after call, and the curiosity to keep getting better at it
Certifications in Korn Ferry Sell, Miller Heiman or Challenger Selling will catch our eye. A business or commerce qualification is a nice to have, but what you have actually closed matters more.
DELIVERING THE GOOD, STRIVING FOR THE GREAT
Day to day, you will be:
Prospecting relentlessly across high potential sectors like health and aged care, disability, labour hire, resources, government and financial services
Getting past the gatekeeper and in front of the actual decision maker
Running sharp discovery calls that uncover real risk, then positioning Kinatico Compliance against exactly what you have found
Owning the full sales cycle, including remote demos and negotiations, through to signed agreement
Keeping your CRM honest and current, because your pipeline is only as good as your data
Handing every new client off cleanly to onboarding, and sharing what is working with the rest of the sales team
We build our own AI tools and expect every Kinatican to use them to work smarter and move faster, while owning the calls and outcomes that follow.
