Our client is a premium, European manufacturer of high end outdoor living structures, selling into the luxury home market across North America. The company has grown and continues on an aggressive growth trajectory and a strong pipeline of demand nationwide.
This is a considered, high ticket purchase category with a long sales cycle, an affluent and often high profile customer base, and a product that customers desire. This is not a transactional, one call close sales environment. It is relationship driven, consultative, and built on trust over months, not days.
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop their West Region sales team.
The Role
Reporting to the head of the US sales organization, the Sales Manager will lead, coach, and develop a team of experienced Sales Executives spread across the western United States. Collaborate with marketing on regional campaigns and lead generation
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, and adjust strategy accordingly
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior leadership

Get in the field regularly: travel with your team, meet customers, and build the trust that a remote structure requires
Requirements
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field
