Overview: We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Managed Services Lead to design, build, and launch our new Managed Services offering from the ground up. In this role, you will lead the design and setup of the Managed Services around AI-, BI-, Data Platform- and Data Governance- Managed Services. You will be the technical mastermind responsible for establishing our standard operating procedures, building client onboarding frameworks, and ensuring our infrastructure is scalable, secure, and ready for market deployment.

Standardization: Define and implement standardized service catalogs, backup strategies, patch management policies, and security frameworks for future clients.
