HR Generalist

What is the role?

We are looking for an HR Generalist with outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills. This person will also have strong administrative and IT skills. This person will also have strong administrative and IT skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. A successful HR Generalist at Paradigm will also display strong problem solving and decision-making skills coupled with a deep understanding of compliance, benefits administration, and payroll. Candidates will have meticulous attention to detail and excel at customer service for all employees. This is an exempt role that reports directly to the Controller.

In this role, you will:

Maintain all records and systems related to payroll in a timely manner and partner with Finance to review/approve semi-monthly payroll across all companies
