PAM - Key Responsibilities
o Operational Maintenance
o Monitor and maintain CyberArk Conjur and AAM environments o Perform routine health checks patching and upgrades of CyberArk infrastructure o Ensure high availability and performance of CyberArk services
Technical Support Troubleshooting
o Provide L2L3 support for CyberArk Conjur AAM and CORE PAS o Investigate and resolve incidents service requests and performance issues o Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
