Customer Service Specialist
Saturday and Sunday - 7am-11pm (EST, Montreal time). 16-hour shift, 32-hours total per week.
Full-time Home-Based/Remotely Salary $700 (NOT commission based) French - C1 , near-native accent is a major plus
English - B2 , the higher the better
Modern Computer/Laptop with fast, stable internet connection and quiet working environment
Experience in Customer Service
Strong phone communication, presentation skills and active listening
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficient in Word, Excel, Google Docs and Sheets, and Outlook
Experience working with western companies (is a plus)
Responsibilities & duties:
Make outgoing calls to develop new business (cold calling)
Research, track, maintain and update leads
Contact prospects to qualify leads
Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
Research and maintain lead generation database
Conduct customer research
Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations
Provide accurate and timely information to management
Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
