Job Description:

Join us as an Intake Specialist and help prospective clients receive a professional, responsive, and welcoming first experience. In this role, you will manage inbound leads, answer calls, schedule paid consultations, coordinate calendars, and provide consistent follow-up throughout the intake process. You will also maintain accurate CRM records and send timely reminders to help prospective clients stay engaged.
