You will be the engine that keeps the contractor safety program running smoothly—managing data, coordinating implementation activities, monitoring compliance, support with analyzing trends, and ensuring that our resources and tools reach the teams that need them. If you thrive on bringing order to complexity, turning data into actionable insights, and supporting the delivery of tangible safety outcomes, this is your opportunity.
This role reports directly to the HSSE Contractor Safety Lead and works collaboratively with Regional and Business Line HSSE teams, Sourcing & Procurement, Engineering, Risk & Compliance, and operational delivery teams globally.
What This Job Involves:
Program Implementation & Execution Support
Assist the Contractor Safety Lead in developing and refining contractor safety policies, standards, procedures, and operational playbooks.
Coordinate the rollout of new contractor safety resources, tools, and training modules to regional and business line teams.
Support the establishment and management of a global "Contractor Safety Champions" network, organizing communications, webinars, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Develop and maintain a centralized library of contractor safety templates, including RAMS templates, inspection checklists, and performance review forms.
Manage the digital contractor safety induction platform, ensuring content is current, accessible, and completion data is tracked accurately.
Provide operational support to the contractor pre-qualification and vetting process team as needed, ensuring alignment with program requirements.
Provide support to the wider HSSE Center of Excellence as required.
Data Management, Reporting & Analytics
Support the collection, validation, and management of contractor safety performance data from multiple global sources and systems.
Support, maintain, and continuously improve the global contractor safety performance dashboard, ensuring accuracy and relevance of leading and lagging indicators.
Support detailed trend analysis on contractor-related incidents, near misses, inspections, and audit findings to identify patterns and root causes.
Prepare clear, concise, and visually compelling reports and presentations on contractor safety metrics for the Contractor Safety Lead, regional leaders, and senior stakeholders.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and flag anomalies, non-compliance, or emerging risks to the Contractor Safety Lead in a timely manner.
Support the development of business cases and ROI analysis for program enhancements and technology investments.
Assurance, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
Assist in the design and execution of contractor safety verification and assurance protocols, including audits, and compliance checks.
Coordinate and schedule contractor safety audits and inspections with regional teams, tracking completion and corrective actions.
Monitor contractor compliance with JLL safety standards, documenting findings and supporting the development of corrective action plans.
Track the implementation status of contractor safety program elements across regions and business lines, maintaining a centralized implementation tracker.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the contractor safety program by gathering feedback from operational teams and identifying opportunities to simplify processes.
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
Coordinate cross-functional meetings and working sessions related to contractor safety program development and deployment.
Support the Contractor Safety Lead in preparing and delivering presentations, training sessions, and business updates to stakeholders.
Facilitate communication between the global program team and regional/local teams, ensuring alignment and clarity.
Maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including Sourcing & Procurement, HSSE teams, and operational delivery leaders.
Technology & Systems Support
Serve as a power user and subject matter expert for HSSE technology platforms related to contractor safety management (e.g., incident reporting systems, contractor management platforms, learning management systems).
Support the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of digital tools and technology solutions for contractor safety.
Provide training and troubleshooting support to end-users on contractor safety technology platforms.
Our ideal candidate will have:
A minimum 3 years in HSSE, with specific exposure to contractor safety data analysis or HSSE program coordination.
Strong analytical skills with proven experience in collecting, managing, and analyzing safety data. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization and reporting tools is highly desired.
Keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with precision and accountability.
Comfort with HSSE technology platforms, learning management systems, and digital tools. Ability to learn new systems quickly and provide user support.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
Ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
