Special Educational Needs And Disabilities

Contract to start ASAP until 31-12-26 with a possible extension.

Responsibilities :

Undertaking necessary assessments of need, including Education, Health and Care (EHC) needs assessment, and participating in multi-agency meetings to address the special educational needs and disabilities, as affecting the education of children and young people and their families, acting as lead professional, as required by the Commissioning Hub.

Using person-centred approaches to support children and young people with SEND and their families to access activities and services, including sourcing and managing appropriate funding that will help them using a graduated response to encourage their engagement / participation in learning and preparation for adulthood.
