Job Description:

The Senior Manager, Workforce Planning will play a critical role inleadingour workforce strategyend-to-end in partnership with Operations Leaders and Talent Acquisition,ensuring strategic goals are met through forecast modeling, capacity planning,comprehensive analytics and insights,collaboration, and effective communication.This position willreport into theVP, OperationsFinanceand willbe responsible for developing and maintaining workforceplanningmodelsfor alarge outpatient Therapy organizationwith 750+ locations, across multiple states, service lines, anddisciplines, leveraging technology tobuild efficientprocesses and output,generating actionable insights, and collaborating with Field Leadership to review and optimize workforce plans.
